Pulse Shift Academy offers American Red Cross Babysitter’s Training for youth who want to become safer, more confident and more prepared caregivers.
Hands-on practice helps young caregivers build confidence before they are responsible for someone else’s child.

Babysitter’s Training
This in-person American Red Cross course is designed for youth ages 11–16 and covers practical child-care skills, safety, emergency response and the basics of becoming a responsible babysitter.
- Infant and child care fundamentals
- Safety and emergency response
- Basic First Aid concepts
- Feeding, diapering and age-appropriate care
- Professionalism and communication with parents
$95 per participant
Babysitter’s Training + Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED
This expanded option combines the full Babysitter’s Training course with pediatric First Aid, CPR and AED training for a more complete emergency-preparedness experience.
