At Pulse Shift Academy, we recognize the critical importance of CPR training. Our programs are designed to equip individuals and organizations with the knowledge and practical skills needed to respond confidently and effectively in emergency situations. We offer a comprehensive range of courses, from basic to advanced levels, tailored to meet the needs of both individuals and businesses. Led by experienced instructors and aligned with American Heart Association and American Red Cross standards, our training delivers a high level of quality, credibility, and real-world application you can rely on.
Off-site classes require 6+ students with an added fee of $5 per student.
AHA BLS for the Healthcare Provider in NJ - Initial $75
The AHA’s BLS Course provides the foundation for saving lives from cardiac arrest. It teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in both prehospital and in-facility environments, with a focus on high quality CPR and team dynamics. This course is ideal for First Responders (police, fire, EMS), hospital staff, nurses and nursing home staff.
AHA Hearts Saver CPR + AED Training in NJ $95
The Heartsaver CPR AED course trains participants to give CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner. The AHA Heartsaver CPR AED Course is designed for anyone with limited or no medical training who requires a course completion card in CPR and AED use in order to meet job, regulatory, or other requirements. This course is ideal for childcare workers, teachers, camp counselors, scout leaders, and youth sports coaches.
AHA BLS for the Healthcare Provider - Recertification $65
The AHA’s BLS Course provides the foundation for saving lives from cardiac arrest. It teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in both prehospital and in-facility environments, with a focus on high quality CPR and team dynamics. This course is ideal for First Responders (police, fire, EMS), hospital staff, nurses and nursing home staff.
This course is to recertify those who are nearing the end of their two-year B.L.S. certification.
AHA or Red Cross CPR + AED + First Aid Training in NJ $115
Our First Aid CPR AED course trains participants to provide first aid, CPR, and use an AED in a safe, timely, and effective manner. This course is designed for anyone with limited or no medical training who requires a course completion card in CPR and AED use in order to meet job, regulatory, or other requirements. This course is ideal for childcare workers, teachers, camp counselors, scout leaders, and youth sports coaches.
*This class is USCG approved.
AHA BLS for the HCP - Heartcode Skills Session $45
first,first , then pass a 30–60 minute in-person assessment of CPR a AED use to earn your 2-year certification. Certificate from online class is required to attend skills session.
*If you need certification for employer, verify they will accept online learning (most do not). We recommend in-person only classes
AHA Heartsaver - Heartcode Skills Session $60
Heartsaver Skills Session is the hands-on portion of an AHA blended learning course, which validates CPR and AED skills after completing online training. Session is a 30–60 minute in-person assessment of CPR a AED use to earn your 2-year certification. Certificate from online class is required to attend skills session.
